Step 5. Now open the properties of shortcut file that are hello.jpeg. Now make start in field empty there. In the target, field paste the address C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c techviral.jpeg in place of techviral.jpeg you will write the address of the file that is not the shortcut one.
